Vagabond Coffee Bar is a mobile haven for specialty coffee, run by JW and Alyx out of Bella Vista, Arkansas. What started as their family’s morning ritual is now served from a restored 1979 Peugeot J7 van, our trailer at Tanyard Creek, and our NEW home base in Sugar creek center.
JW, Alyx, and their kiddos packed up from Texas and made Bella Vista home — and Vagabond came with them. From weddings to markets to quiet mornings at the trailer, every part of this is built by hand, including the van itself.

A Wanderer's Tale of Coffee
Vagabond Coffee Bar began as a morning habit in JW and Alyx’s kitchen — coffee made together, as a family, coming from years in the service industry and craving more time under one roof. During COVID, that feeling turned into a decision: work and family needed to live in the same place.
We found a 1979 Peugeot J7 in Europe, stripped it down, and rebuilt it piece by piece. Not long after, we packed up the kids and moved from Texas to Bella Vista, Arkansas — the place Vagabond, and the whole family, now calls home.
